Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TopLine Academy, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed them with you. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person — calibration records and certificates are personal credentials, and sharing an account undermines exactly the thing that makes them worth earning.

Don’t attempt to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform. Don’t use automated tools to complete coursework or games — scores and certificates earned that way are void and may result in account termination. Don’t submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else’s rights.

The curriculum, scenarios, games, and all platform content are the property of TopLine Academy / EW Research and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not republish or redistribute course content.

Work you create on the platform — notes, scenario responses, user-authored scenarios — remains yours. You grant us a license to store, display, and (for user-authored scenarios you submit for review) share it within the platform.

Certificates attest that specific coursework was completed on this platform. They are not accredited academic credentials, and we make no guarantee of admission, employment, or any other outcome. Verification pages are public so third parties can confirm authenticity.

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the paid period. If we materially reduce what premium includes, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused time.

Scenario evaluation, interview practice, and check-ins are powered by large language models. They are calibrated to be rigorous but can be wrong. Feedback is educational input, not professional financial, legal, or career advice.

The platform is provided “as is.” Course content teaches decision-making with historical and hypothetical scenarios — none of it is investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
